In order to be eligible to create a free page you must be an adult 18 years of age or older and have a restaurant located in Sarasota or Manatee County.
4Sarasota.Com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete or edit any page submitted. By submitting your name to the list you agree to assume complete liability for the content of, and all replies to your posted advertisement and for any claims made against 4Sarasota.Com its agents or employees as a result thereof.
By participating in 4Sarasota Business Pages, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold 4Sarasota.Com and its agents and employees harmless from all costs, expenses (including attorney's fees), liabilities and damages arising in any way from such participation.

• Your free menu page may not contain links to or URL addresses of any web site or web page outside of 4Sarasota.Com or affiliated domains. In other words, your free page can't be used as an entrance page or link to a web site hosted elsewhere.
• One page per restaurant, be sure your page has been deleted before creating another one.
• Menu pages are for restaurants only. (Other businesses click here)
• The restaurant must be located in Sarasota County or Bradenton, Florida.
• You may not send any unsolicited e-mail, (Spam), advertising your page. Unsolicited e-mail is any e-mail sent that generates complaints to 4Sarasota.Com or affiliated companies. 4Sarasota.Com will at its sole discretion determine violations of this policy.
• You may not post Usenet or newsgroup messages advertising your page except in such news groups that expressly permit advertising.
• The following types of products may not be promoted:
  • Adult merchandise, clubs or pornography
  • Tobacco or tobacco products
• In order to prevent multiple submissions, you may not register with an email address from a free email provider. We maintain a list of over 1,000 free email providers and registrations from those will be rejected.
